Abstract:

The right to contract for management of woodland is a usufruct, it can be transferred according to law, but the law also make a restriction on the status of the transferor and the transferee, and the transfer of right to contract for management of woodland must acquire the assent of the contract letting party. The consent is a supervision but not a decision-making power. In order to avoid the abuse of power, the contract letting party must have the statutory grounds if he do not agree the transfer to the right to contract for management of woodland
