Abstract:
RAPD markers were used to study genetic diversity of 12 pueraria varieties, which have separate sources in Chongqing area. The main results were summarized as follows: The genetic distances between varieties were with an average of 0.19, ranged from 0.00-0.36, 12 varieties were both classified into three groups according to genetic identity and puerarin content.
