Abstract:

The level of intensive land use is affected by various factors, including economic factors, social factors, ecological factors, policy, etc. To provide theoretical guidance of intensive use of rural residential land, promote optimal allocation of resources and reasonable land use, ensure the sustainable utilization of the land resources in future, the author took kaixian as an example, build the evaluation index system based on multiple factors of intensive land use in rural residential areas, got the status level through the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model. Currently, the land of most areas were in moderation and extensive use in kaixian county by analyzing the result of the evaluation, for the reason that the current inefficient use of rural residential land, proposed some countermeasures to make sure the land conservation intensive use.
