Abstract:

Abstract: A pair of primers were designed according to the promoter region of from porcine mannose-binding lectin C published in GenBank, the promoter region of MBL-C from Landrace’s liver was acquired successfully by RT-PCR. There were 2030 bp in the sequence, three SNPs were found in the sequence,namely,at the position-1636 T,-1614A,-251C, it had one mutation at the position -251,from A to C. The study will provide base for analyzing promoter polymorphism of pMBL-C .
