Abstract:

To study the prevention effect of Venenum Bufonis injection on Marek's disease, the test using animal models to evaluate the preventive effect of Venenum Bufonis injection. First, the research establishes the model of chickens infected with Marek's virus. Then, through the treatment of infected chickens with Venenum Bufonis injection, the research using pathogenicityrate, cure rate, protection rate, relative weight gain and other indicators evaluates the protective effect of drugs on organism. The research also discusses the preventive effect of Venenum Bufonis injection on Marek's Disease viral infection in depth.
