Abstract:

In order to promote rural eco-community construction in North Jiangsu, peasant’s attitude and recognition for rural eco-community construction in North Jiangsu was investigated by questionaire and statistical analysis, from the construction goals, construction measures, participation and recognition towards eco-community construction. The results showed that due to the weakness of economic base and ecological consciousness, as well as insufficient trust between peasant and officials, the farmers had the misunderstanding of the eco-community construction, lack of the agreement of current measures and the consciousness of constructing eco-community. It had become the important factors that restricted the eco-community construction. Thus in order to raise peasant’s identification, promote the peasant’s consciousness developing, it must strengthen the publicizing and guidance, improve the ecological development measures, and innovate the constructing mechanism of eco-community.
