Abstract:

With the advancement of agriculture industrialization and rapid development of agricultural enterprises, the author evaluated the internal performance of agricultural enterprises in order to achieve the scientific management of agricultural enterprises. Interval DEA method network is to divide agricultural enterprises into a number of non-agricultural enterprises which are fully independent subsystems, each including input, output and intermediate variables. On the basis of plenty of theoretical study, the author combined network DEA method with interval DEA method to establish agricultural enterprise performance evaluation model and use the DPS data processing software to solve it, also studied the internal performance of agricultural enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, and then identified factors of the internal performance of agricultural enterprises within in-depth analysis. Finally, the author proposed methods and strategies for the internal performance improvement of agricultural enterprises. All sectors of agricultural enterprises had effective management, so people should reduce unnecessary resources investment of all sectors to enhance the level of internal performance.
