Abstract:
Mg2+ chelatase H subunit (CHLH) is an ABA specific binding protein. To study the role in the resistance of abscisic acid binding protein further, use the cDNA sequence information (accession No. HQ829473) of Mg2 + chelatase H subunit CHLH of Fragria×ananassa in the GenBank databas, and get DNA sequence of CHLH with homology-based cloning method from three different species Fragria×ananassa leaves. The analysis of gene structure showed that, CHLH contained five exons and four introns, four introns vary from 109-486 bp; and Fragaria pentaphylla Lozinsk was different from others in the first and fourth introns. Intron involved in regulation of gene expression, it said that Fragaria pentaphylla Lozinsk may have different function in regulation of intron.
