Abstract:

In order to research the fibrinolytic effect of fibrinolysis enzyme in vivo and the method to prepare its capsules, cutting tail procedure and glass slice method were carried out in this study. The results of acute toxicity test with mice showed that the Douchi Fibrinolytic Enzyme (DFE) was safe. After one week’s intragastric administration with mice by different doses of DFE, bleeding time and coagulation time in vivo were detected. The results showed that high 80 (U/g?d) and middle dose 40 (U/g?d) of DFE could extend the bleeding time and coagulation time obviously. The result of thrombolytic effect experiment in vivo suggested that the high dose (80 (U/g?d)) of DFE was resultful, but the effect of middle dose and low dose DFE were not obvious. In addition, the results indicated that the methods used in the study were fit to make the DFE into capsules. In short, the DFE, which was nontoxic, has great potential to be thrombolytic agents.
