Abstract:
In order to develop an immunosuppression animal model with easy replication and good economic application which also applicable in the field of traditional Chinese medical research. At the same time, it provided a new kind of experimental basis for Fujian rabbit. The experiment took the hydrocortisone as injection, 6 experimental groups, 1 control group and five dosage groups (at 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 mg/kg daily respectively), CD4, CD8 cell content would be examined by flow cytometry and spleen was removed in order to calculate the spleen index. The results showed that, after injection, CD4 and CD8 cell in B, C dosage group (25, 30 mg/kg respectively) had gone down obviously which demonstrated that they were the most appropriate injection dosage. There were different degrees of reduction in weighted spleen of dosage groups when compared with the control group, which implied the immunity function had damaged. Then, B, C, D group showed a more significant level of decline, especially with group C. It confirmed that the C group was the most appropriate injection dosage in immunosuppression animal model from this research.
