Abstract:

In order to research the process parameters of liquid seaweed organic fertilizer by composite enzyme, with PPC composite enzyme hydrolysis seaweed to produce the liquid seaweed biological organic, as a single factor of control condition, test independently the main factors in the process of enzymolysis (temperature, pH, enzyme quantity and reaction time). Through orthogonal experiment optimized combination process occurs .Experimental results proved that the more ideal composite enzyme solution of the liquid seaweed organic production craft combination for: temperature 50℃ conditions, PPC composite enzyme adding amount of 0.4%, pH 6 conditions reaction 72 hours, the income of the liquid seaweed organic acid content of seaweed being 37.243 mg/mL.
