Abstract: New ramie variety 0501 was used in this research, in order to exploring the comprehensive technology for high yield and good quality. Orthogonal rotated combination design was used to study the effects of fertilization and density in ramie’s fiber fineness. The optimized mathematical model of fiber fineness and the management measure for ramie variety 0501: Y2=2071.17-41.43X1+28.32X2+88.81X3-67.48X12+52.91X32, the highest yield will reach 5722.6 kg/hm2. When nitrogenous fertilizer was 978.3 kg/hm2, manure fertilizer was 3006.9 kg/hm2, potash fertilizer was 1666.6 kg/hm2, plant density was 24885 strain/hm2, the fiber fineness was higher than 2417.84 Nm.
