Abstract: This experiment was aimed at studying the biological characteristics of Myeena osmundieola Lange. We set different conditions of temperature, light,pH and nutrient to observe the growth situation of Myeena osmundieola Lange’s mycelium. The results showed that :mycelium couldn’t grow at 5℃ and above 35℃,and grew slowly between 10℃ and 15℃ and at 30℃.The optimum temperature was between 20℃ and 25℃. Illumination has no effect on the growth of the mycelium. There was a wide range pH for its growth, from 4.5 to10.5,and the optiumum pH was about 4.5.Under the conditions of neutral and partial acid the mycelium’s growth situation was much better than alkaline condition. The effects of different carton source on the growth of mycelium showed that it grew fast on the PDA,and glycin as nitrogen in all for mycelium growth was the best.
