Abstract: To avoid the restriction of the specific symbiosis relationship between F. awkeotsang and its pollination fig wasp, and for accessing the seed from the controlled pollen sources, artificial pollination experiment was carried out. Through the study in the pollen’s dilution methodology and multiple, the timing of artificial pollination and the pectineserase activity, the experiment consequence was obtained. Solid-state dilution with 1:1 dilution rate in 5 days could lead the artificial pollination to get the well seeds which were close to natural seed in the weight and the pectinesterase activity, and the single fruit of the artificial pollination had 44% more seed than the natural seed. According to the above results, the preliminary summary was concluded and the innovation and disadvantage of this method of artificial pollination was discussed.
