Abstract: Vegetable industry in China is on the transition from the small scope of production to the scale, intensive and specific one, expand the scale of the vegetable plantation is conducive to improve the quality and quantity of the vegetable production, reduce production cost, thus plays a positive role in increasing farmers income. Based on the vegetable planting large as the research object, we construct Logistic model to analyze the influencing factors of large vegetable growers’willingness to expand plantation scale. Our research shows that the major existing production scale, the evaluation and attitude of the status quo are the important factors that affect famers to expand the scale of vegetable plantation. Based on the conclusion, we further put forth that increasing vegetable planting technology support, reducing the amount of middlemen, and promoting the production of cooperatives are powerful ways of inducing large vegetable growers to expand plantation scale.
