Abstract: In this paper, the investigation objects of questionnaire design was the city residents of Harbin, a typical northern city, and based on demographic factors, product factors and external factors. Combination the seasonal vegetable consumption and other characteristics of the northern region, to collect first-hand material, and empirical analysis of influencing factors of Harbin City residents vegetables buying behavior. The results showed that there was significant correlation between the vegetables purchase expenditures and the quality factors in product factors, and the government and media-oriented factors in external factors.
