Abstract: In order to analyze the related factors of the entrepreneurial intention of migrant workers, 289 questionnaires in Gansu Province were investigated, and empirical analysis was conducted with the Binary Logistic Model. The results showed that among the influence factors, the younger, married, the higher the level of education, entrepreneurial experience, get more family support and a wide range of interpersonal relationship of migrant workers are more likely to start the business,but the higher the workers monthly income and per capita net income of family, the higher risk preferences of the migrant workers do not tend to start a business. At the same time, the survey found that the biggest obstacle of migrant workers’ entrepreneurship was lack of venture capital, no skills, low educational level, and the psychological barrier of migrant workers’ entrepreneurship was the fear of failure. So the government should increase the start-up capital support and policy advocacy, strengthen vocational training and entrepreneurship training to ensure that migrant workers can get multi-channel business information, and guide migrant workers to have efficient business.
