Research Progress of Analytical and Detection Methods of Fluorine-containing Pesticides Residues

Abstract

Abstract: Because of the special function of fluorine atom for organism, fluorine-containing pesticide has been developed quickly in recent decades. The major classes of fluorine-containing pesticides are pyrethroid, benzoylurea and heterocyclic compounds which include fipronil, chlorfenapyr, indoxacarb, etc. In this study, the development of residue analytical methods including extraction, purification and detection techniques of fluorine-containing pesticide was described in detail. The purification techniques included solid-phase extraction and liquid-liquid extraction, the detection techniques included gas chromatography (GC), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), GC-MS and HPLC-MS. Finally suggestions were put forward from the aspect of animal derived food safety.
