Abstract: To provide the basis for the cultivation of Fritillaria unibracteata in Barkam, the authors studied the influence of weeding, fertilizing and soil preparation, planting density and thickness of overburden soil on growth height and survival rate of Fritillaria unibracteata. The results showed that: the thickness of the overburden soil had no significant effect on the growth and survival rate of Fritillaria unibracteata, however, soil preparation and planting density had a significant influence on that, weeding and fertilizing affected the growth and survival rate of Fritillaria unibracteata at a certain period of time. In general, the cultivation of Fritillaria unibracteata need a low planting density (60000 plants/hm2), fertilizing and weeding were inappropriate in the first month after sowing seeds; proper fertilization was conducive to the growth of Fritillaria unibracteata in the second month; weeding and fertilizing had no significant effect on growth in the third month.
