Evaluation of Eco-compensation Mechanism of Agricultural Water-Saving: Based on DPSIR Model in Jiuquan of Gansu

Abstract: Study on policy appraisal and influence factors of eco-compensation of agricultural water saving,it is promote the smooth implementation and improvement of policy. In order to set up the evaluation system of ecological compensation of agricultural water-saving in Jiuquan area of Gansu Province,from the driving force, pressure, status, influence and response five angle to analyze the factors affecting of agricultural water-saving eco-compensation. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is applied to analyze and calculate each index weight in assessing index system. The results showed that agricultural water-saving eco-compensation factors involved in social and economic factors, national policy and impact on the environment, is the most important factor of ecological compensation development of agricultural water-saving eco-compensation, for our country''s agricultural ecological compensation laws and regulations and establishment of national policy provide theoretical support, can enhance the pertinence and practicability of agricultural water-saving eco-compensation, promoting agricultural water-saving has wider implications and important practical significance.
