Abstract: To quantitatively analyze the effect of integrated management of irrigation and fertilizers and biodegradable plastic mulch film on accumulation, distribution and transport of dry matter in potato, field experiments were carried out in 2015. The‘Helan 15’(early maturing) potato variety was adopted as experimental material in the study. The effect of integrated management of irrigation and fertilizer and biodegradable plastic mulch film on accumulation, distribution, transport, root-shoot ratio of dry matter, and the contribute rate of different organs to tubers in potato were confirmed. The results showed that: biodegradable plastic mulch film had a promotion effect on dry matter accumulation after starch accumulation stage in potato; integrated management of irrigation and fertilizer could increase the root-shoot ratio in seedling stage of potato, and promote the breeding of healthy seedling; the assimilation quantity from nutritional organs to tubers under the treatments of integrated management of irrigation and fertilizer and biodegradable plastic mulch film were higher than that under the treatments of the conventional water and fertilizer management and plain film, and the assimilation quantity from nutritional organs to tubers in the treatment of WF1 PF1 was the maximum. It indicated that integrated management of irrigation and fertilizer and biodegradable plastic mulch film play a role in promoting the yield of potato tubers.
