Plant Density and Nitrogen Amount Affecting the Yield of Maize‘( Yidan52’and‘Yidan81’)

Abstract: The aim is to provide a basis for maize cultivation and the analysis and evaluation of test data in west Inner Mongolia. Maize varieties‘Yidan 52’and‘Yidan 81’were taken as materials in a field experiment. The changes of yield, leaf area index and dry matter were studied under three nitrogen fertilizer levels and five density levels, by GGE-biplot analysis. The results showed that under A2 nitrogen level, the leaf area index of‘Yidan 52’was higher than that of A1 and A3, and the dry matter accumulation of‘Yidan 52’and‘Yidan 81’was the highest. The GGE-biplot of‘Yidan 52’and‘Yidan 81’under the five density and three fertilizer levels showed 82.3% and 70.7% of the true information of each treatment in yield, leaf area index and population dry matter weight.
