Abstract:

The aim is to screen out a group of excellent Brassica campestris materials with root swelling resistance. Eight varieties of Brassica campestris were used as test materials, and three physiological race 4 of different origins were used as the bacterial sources. The disease resistance was identified by the bacterial soil method. The results show that the virulence of each bacterial source is significantly different. The pathogenicity of bacterial source C is the strongest, followed by bacterial source B, and the virulence of bacterial source A is the weakest. Three disease-resistant materials are selected based on the three bacterial pathogens. At the same time, the results indicate that there are limitations in the present identification system for root swelling disease. It is necessary to complement the new host crops in order to identify the physiological race of root swelling disease more accurately and stably, and promote the research progress of Brassica campestris disease-resistant breeding.
