Abstract:

The development of China’s agricultural producer service industry has certain periodical features and regional characteristics. At present, the development of China's agricultural producer service is in its primary stage, especially, that of the mountainous areas in the central and western regions. We explained the main participation mechanism of agricultural productive service industry, and concluded that the market participants in the agricultural production service industry were not motivated, the government’s input was limited, and the participation of social entities was insufficient. We believe that giving full play to the role of various service entities and effectively organizing various resources is the key to promote the healthy development of regional agricultural productive service industries. To make up for the disadvantages of mountainous areas, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of various new service subjects, establish a synergy mechanism, enhance effective guidance from the government, cultivate talents in agricultural service industries, and create a favorable collaborative supply environment.
