Strategic Management Research on Various Phases of Rural Small-Middle Enterprise’s Development

Abstract:

This article analyzes the strategic management problems emerged during the developing procedure of rural small-middle enterprises and the potential risks because of lacking appropriate strategic management measures. In view of its complexity and uncertainty of the internal and external environment, this article puts forward the gist of strategic management based on existing academic achievements. First, because strategic management should have flexibility and the time of strategic formulation is short, they need implement strategic inflection continuously. Base on industry life cycle, this article brings forward that the strategic measures should match with their stages of development. Second, the extent of strategic management is limit. Because the products of rural small-middle enterprises are relative simplex, the extent of strategic management only limits on one or several marketing operations. The above characteristics of rural small-middle enterprise depend on its own condition and circumstances.
