Abstract:

With modern science and technology in a widely used in pig raising, there are three stages in pork production including local hybrid pig with individual feeding, hybrid pig with specialized feeding and improved pig with large-scale feeding. In this paper, the development and change of total number of pig production, raising level, cost of production, net income and other indicators were analyzed through data and charts. The change history of the following five basic techniques of pig raising were also analyzed: breeding and reproduction, nutrition diet, pig environmental control, swine disease control, raising and management.
