Abstract:

Abstract: compared with the male rural labor, rural married women labor force transfer rate is low and the non-agricultural employment form poor. This article take the Baoding rural married women as the research object, the scientific selection of research samples, using the probit model analysis of rural married women labor force employment influencing factor, and the factors that influence the direction and degree of influence, for the promotion of rural married women labor force transfer policy recommendations.
