Abstract:

metabolic enzymes have the crucial role in metabolism of the exogenous and endogenous substances in pigs, Cytochrome P450 is the most important enzyme family. The progress on metabolic enzymes classification,pig cytochromes subtype，relationship between CYP and drug was reviewed. Pig metabolic future research focus was prospected. In this article we provided the scientific basis for reasonable utilization of clinical drug.
