Abstract: This paper utilizes the analysis method of SWOT to analyze five strengths including area，scope, science and technology , mechanism, communication, exciting weakness, opportunities and threats for agriculture sci-tech park of Deng Zhuang town to develop its vegetable industry .At the same time, the paper puts forward some recommendations about strategic management from several aspects such as name brand stratagem, technology progress, expedite salability , enterprise grandness, policy support, beltline elongate etc.
