Abstract:

Gene chip has high throughput, large scale data processing and other feathers，it can quickly analyze the comprehensive information in the specific biological process of gene expression and play an important role in life sciences. This review gene chip principles and classification, experimental operation flow, how to scientifically analyze the data, and researches on the detection of gene expression level by gene expression profile, plant diseases and insect pests application, plant gene mutation, discovering new genes, determining transgene farm products, analyzed the existing problems, at the same time look forward gene chip research practice prospects. It was to provide the insight of the technology of gene chips. It indicates that with flourish development of gene chip, which has been used in agriculture has broader application prospects.
