Abstract:

Purpose of the survey was founding the limiting factors restricting the development of dairy industry and exploring the cow feeding and management of development mode for Beijing urban characteristics by the research of Beijing's overall status of dairy cattle feeding and management. Firstly, both literature search and policy advice were used to understand cutting-edge theory, combined with access to seminars, market research, surveys, sampling and analysis and other methods to obtain the actual development. The statistical processing was found that the overall development of dairy industry was in good condition in Beijing. But some small and medium sized farms exist a little inadequate in the nutrient supplying, feeding and management, health and epidemic prevention, environmental construction t. Combined with local characteristics, It was recommend that the relevant departments should established feeding and management standards, support policies, public education system, and technical personnel training system, for the characteristics of the suburbs of Beijing dairy.
