Abstract:

In order to assess the current situation of rural tourism service quality and improve its service, this paper, takes the surronding area of Changsha city as an example, built its evaluation mode, weighted every index with analytic hierarchy process, and assessen its whole level by using fuzzy synthetic evuluation model. It shows its service quality is still to be improved, especially the service on traffic and community supprot. Based on this, this paper put forward some relevant countermeasures.
