Abstract:

In order to improve agricultural insurance system in Beijing, the research proposed improvement plan with insurer purchasing reinsurance as well as government inputting funds and new mode of agricultural insurance with three levels of catastrophic risk protection system to perfect the current mode of agricultural insurance in Beijing on the basis of simulation for agricultural reinsurance mode and according to requirement of sustainable development. The results of dynamic simulation indicated that compared with current reinsurance and improvement plan, new mode of agricultural insurance did not only realize sustainable operation of insurer, but also attribute to increase the efficiency of fiscal funds for government, thus it was superior development mode of agricultural insurance.
