Abstract: through the comparative trial of T budding and woodly inlay grafting, associating statistical analysis of all classes of field observation data , we think : T budding results in a high percentage of growing grafts when bark is slipping to both scion and rootstock ; and it is better to use woodly inlay grafting when rootstock seedling is comparatively thiner and lower and either scion or rootstock has not the phenonmenon of the bark slips because it can complete grafting task the same year ; but in massive productive seedling raising , the cost of nursery stock is lower using woodly inlay grafting than using T budding and economic benefit is higher.
