Abstract: With the rapid development of the capital metropolis modern agriculture, the development of salmon and sturgeon sector has been accelerating, meanwhile, there are numerous problems existed. For example, restricted culture techniques; the shortage of water resource; high risks of the nature; short industry chain; insufficient processed products; low added-value products; inefficient channels of distribution; less space of profits of markets; high market risks, etc. Those factors lead to the disturb of the further development of the sturgeon and salmon sector. In order to provide help to increase the quality and the efficiency of the industry, as well as to increase the profit of the fishers, it is necessary to deeply specialize in the state of development of the sturgeon and salmon sector. Thus, it is possible to understand the state of the industry development and to analyse the main existing problems and raise policies and methods of industrialization development. Through this way, the sustainable development of sturgeon and salmon industry can possibly be fulfilled, including: utilize the advantages to create the eco-friendly brand of Beijing sturgeon and salmon; the take good use of the life cycle of the products and adopt the methods of quick sales at low price; to develop the intensive processing products in order to expand the market，etc.
