Abstract: In order to explore the recycle technology of microbial fermentation bed pig litter as the cultivation material of Auricularia polytricha, the author took Auricularia polytricha 781 as the strain in the experiment and used the method of tube culture, to discuss the influences of microbial fermentation bed pig litter on mycelia growth in replacement of wheat bran and sawdust in different proportions. The results showed that when the microbial fermentation bed pig litter replaced 50% sawdust as the culture medium, the mycelia growth rate was the fastest and the continuous growth power in the later stage of cultivation was also the strongest. The experiment certified that the microbial fermentation bed pig litter which was rich in fiber was suitable as a substitution for sawdust in the mycelia cultivation of Auricularia polytricha, and the maximum substitute rate was 50%, which could effectively promote the mycelia growth rate and the continuous growth vigor. While, when microbial fermentation bed pig litter was used to replace part of wheat bran, the later growth rate of mycelia could be weakened obviously.
