Abstract: To study the effect of irrigation mode on the yield of wheat varieties, select and apply droughttolerant wheat varieties, and provide theoretical basis for drought-tolerant wheat breeding and popularizing water-saving cultivation technique, field experiments were carried out with 16 main popularizing winter wheat varieties in Henan. The accumulations and transports of dry-matter in no irrigation (W0) and watering twice (W2) were studied. The result showed that, the distributions of dry matter in different organs were basically identical between the two irrigation treats. The accumulation of dry matter in several organs displayed as stem> spike-stalk& husk>3-up-blades>other blades in flowering phase and grain> stem> spike-stalk
