Abstract: In order to clarify the relationships between Pardosa pseudoannulata and prey, the choice accuracy for the prey was used as the index, the effect of temperature (20℃, 24℃, 28℃, 32℃), distance (4 cm, 8 cm, 12 cm, 16 cm) and concentration of prey fluids (15%, 30%, 45%, 60%) on Pardosa pseudoannulata locating the prey was studied through L16(43) orthogonal experiment. The range analysis results showed that the sequence of the choice accuracy caused by the factors was as follows: distance>temperature>concentration of prey fluids. The verification experiment confirmed that the optimal combination for choice accuracy was 4 cm distance, 24℃ and 60% prey fluids. Under this condition, the selection correct rate was (79.76±3.60)%.
