Abstract: Heredity transform research of rape is more and more matcher， Transgenics are tending to diversify， as follows: quality reformation ，resistant to disease， pests and adverse. Selection marker used often is NPT II. At present ，rape have established regeneration of cotyledons， hypocotyls， stems，protoplasts and microspore culture. There are several methods of transformation，A .tumefaciens-medidated genetic ，particle gun， PEG untake， vialaser microbeam puncture， microinjection. This paper mainly summarizes above-mentioned aspects.
