Abstract: The Calcium and Phosphorus contents of Gushi chicks eggshells were determined during incubation period,the results showed:the change of Calcium and Phosphoeus contents in the shell appeared its different regularity conditions.During 0~6day the content of the two elements had not obvious change.Since the 12th day,the content of Calcium decreased suddenly and lasted to the 21th day by gradual increasing tendency;while the content of Phosphorus had obvious change from the 9th day, and came to the maximun at 12 day-age,and decreased gradually following.and hold the line during 18~21 day-age;Meanwhile,theproportions of Phosphorus and calcium of eggshell appeared regularly change during incubation.
