Abstract: We applied dissociable microspore culture to Chinese cabbage breeding for resistance disease and super quality, using artificial inoculation method to the plants, and Chinese cabbage Qiubai No:70 with resistance disease and super quality was bred in 2002. The plants of the variety grew strongly, and mature period was 70 days. Its leaf color was dark green, and the leafstalk was light green, having wrinkle surface of the leaf. Leaf globe shape is as a long brush pot. The height of leaf globe was 44cm, being 14cm in diameter and 2.2kg in weight. Its quality and taste was fine. It resisted downy mildew and virus. The per ha. Yield was 108057kg.
