Abstract: In China there is a good political system foundation for countrymen to participate in politics, but the system is not consummate, and distempered, countrymen seldom participate institutionally, but quite often informally. In order to ensure that countrymen could participate in politics orderly, canonically, to ensure their participation develop healthily, we must enhance the system construction of countrymen’s political participation, consummate and innovate every legal system.
