Abstract: Effect of Cysteamine（CS）on performance of Chicken were studied in this experiment. 500 one-day-age chickens were used in this experiment. The chickens were randomly divided into five groups by 100/group. CS of 0.5g/kg、1.0g/kg、1.5g/kg、2.0g/kg和0.0g/kg were added to the basic diet of experiment 1 group, experiment 2 group, experiment 3 group, experiment 4 group and experiment 5 group respectively. The experiment stage was 60 days. The result reveals that the daily weight gain of chicken in experiment 1 group, experiment 2 group and experiment 3 group were increased 9.0%（p<0.05）、17.3%（p<0.05）and 1.5% than the contrast groups, the daily weight gain of chicken in experiment 4 group was decreased than the contrast group（p<0.05）. The result shows that the CS of 1.0g/kg could enhance performance of chicken.
