Abstract: Through plate-method and leaf-disc method, 12 strains antagonistic bacteria to Botrytis cinerea Pers. Were obtained by isolating 96 samples of tomato soils, roots, leaves and flowers, The inhibition zone test showed that the antagonistic bacteria against the pathogen varied with the isolates. Among them, the inhibition zone diameter of isolate B21 was 35 mm, had the strongest and stable inhibiting activity. Indoors, the control effects of B21 suspension and 10 fold diluted culture filtrate on the diseased tomato leaves were 98.68% and 98.03%, which was obviously better than those by 45% carbendazim(500 times).
