Abstract: Participatory Development Methods is a method that rural researchers and peasants work together, it provide an approaches for the rural people to identify, analyze and prioritize their development issues and make the development planning sustainable. The article brought forward the development planning for LiangYu county in the near future by adopting participatory development methods.
