Abstract:

By studying the effects of three kinds of biological bacterial fertilizers on the growth of Pseudostellaria heterophylla, this study used traditional fertilization as the control and screened out suitable bacterial fertilizer. The results showed that adding bio-bacterial manure as the base fertilizer could significantly promote the growth of Pseudostellaria heterophylla, and there was no need to add compound fertilizer. The suitable base fertilizer combination was: compound microorganism inoculant 2400 kg/hm2 (effective viable count≥200 million)+ soybean meal microorganism inoculant 2400 kg/hm2 (effective viable count≥200 million)+ customized package fertilizer 600 kg/hm2 (effective viable count≥100 million) + soil conditioning bacteria agent 600 kg/hm2 (effective viable count≥200 million). Biological bacterial fertilizer as a base fertilizer could significantly increase the yield and efficiency of Pseudostellaria heterophylla production, while excessive fertilization was not conducive to the growth of Pseudostellaria heterophylla. Excessive base fertilizer combination was compound microorganism inoculant 2400 kg/hm2 (effective viable count≥200 million)+ soybean meal microorganism inoculant 2400 kg/hm2 (effective viable count≥200 million)+ customized package fertilizer 600 kg/hm2 (effective viable count≥100 million)+ soil conditioning bacteria agent 600 kg/hm2 (effective viable count≥200 million)+ compound fertilizer 750 kg/hm2.
