Abstract:

The aim of this study was to explore the differences and relationships of main metabolites in leaves of celery under traditional soil cultivation and comprehensive cultivation mode, and to explore the effects on medicinal components metabolites. Oenanthe javanica was used as experimental material, and the number of metabolites of O. javanica under different cultivation modes was determined by means of soil and water quality index determination, leaf sample collection, metabolite extraction and mass spectrometry. The results showed that different cultivation methods had significant effects on leaf metabolites of celery. The accumulation of metabolites of celery planted in cage floating bed was better than that of celery cultivated in soil, mainly involving flavonoids, alcohols and polyols. It is beneficial to the extraction of flavonoids from O. javanica and can provide experimental materials for future research on therapeutic drugs or functional products.
