Abstract:

The aim of this study was to screen suitable fungicides for control of Iris germanica stem rot. The control effect of 10 fungicides, such as Liangdun, Oxaline and Ruizi, on pathogens of iris stem rot, Fusarium equiseti and F. oxysporum, were tested. The laboratory test showed that 10 kinds of fungicides had different degrees of inhibition on the growth of the mycelium of the pathogen of I. germanica stem rot. Bacillus amylolyticus had the best inhibition effect. The four kinds of fungicides had good inhibitory effect, which were fludioxonil- metalaxyl- M, hymexazol, pyraclostrobin- thiophanate- methyl, mandipropamid- chlorothalonil, and their EC50 against F. equisepis were 1.809, 61.210, 55.570, 17.408 mg/L respectively. The EC50 against F. oxysporum were 141.9, 13.572, 39.186, 71.251 mg/L respectively.
