The Study on Physiological-biochemical Character of Gossypium hirsutum L. during Callus Inducting Somatic Embryogenesis

Abstract: The rule of growth and decline about main biochemical material (solubility protein, solubility sugar, SOD and gossypol IAA) contacting with stomatic embryogenesis showed that content of solubility protein and SOD activity was differed in the different period, being lower in earlier callus and reaching maximum in 120 day. But solubility sugar attained maximum in 60 day and minimum in 120 day. The activity of IAA oxidase was higher in 60, 120 day and lower in 90 day.
