Studies on Transplanting technology of tissue culture seedling of Polygonum cuspidatum

Abstract: In order to accelerate develop of distill machining of Ploygonum cuspidatum sieb et zucc, advance survival rate of transplantation of Planted in tissue culture, debase cost for produce, the effects of survival rate experiment on tissue culture of Ploygonum cuspidatum sieb.et zucc was based on the different substratum, the different environmental condition and the different processing measure. The results showed: The garden surface soil with loosens and guarantees the water ability was advantageous for Ploygonum cuspidatum sieb et zucc transplantation, and in good growth condition, the survival rate reaches 93%, the high growth volume was 6.98cm and average leaf blade increase 4.86 pieces. The transplantation survival rate in intermittent atomization in greenhouse was higher than outside garden place, the survival rate reaches96.25%. But the nursery stock's growth planted outside the garden place was better than in the greenhouse. After the tissue cultivates seedling to transplant the shoe to cover the thin film to be possible to enhance the nursery stock the survival rate and the growth quantity, the survival rate could reaches 95%, there was no obvious difference in disinfection or not in cultivates the seedling of transplant survives of Ploygonum cuspidatum sieb et zucc. The survival rate of transplantation of Ploygonum cuspidatum sieb et zucc was higher in the washy and air humidity place.
